165,000 employees from 1,000 Austrian companies and 20 industries were surveyed. Denzel takes excellent fourth place in the overall ranking of the 300 best employers. The company relies on systematic personnel development from apprentices to top management. On the initiative of Denzel and Fritz Unterberger, in collaboration with the working group of automobile importers and the WKO Austria under the leadership of the FH Kufstein Tirol, a new three-stage training program was created, the basis of which is a six-month sales training.
Building on this, Denzel employees can complete the “Automotive Manager” course. It is also possible to get started without a high school diploma. A master's examination is equivalent to the Matura and enables completion of the one and a half year academic course. This in turn forms the basis for a two-year MBA course. “Denzel covers 75 percent of the training costs,” explains Barbara Weiss, Head of Personnel Development & Recruiting.
