In agreement with the employer, employees in the office must be granted home offices - as far as operationally possible and economically justifiable. Retail sales (spare parts/retail) are not permitted for the duration of the announced measures. Employees (skilled workers) are only allowed to carry out urgent orders. This applies to emergency services (urgent repair work or maintenance of vehicles that is urgently necessary for the operation of vehicles). The company is also responsible for deciding independently whether orders already placed will be carried out by employees alone in the future (no employees staying in the same room together).

A form for registering a claim for contract adjustment in the event of impossibility of providing or fulfilling the service will soon be available on the Federal Guild's website.
