Citroën: Parts & Service under new management
As of September 1st, Silvia Rieger will take over responsibility for the Parts & Services department of the Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands for Austria and Switzerland. She succeeds Christian Herzig, who is leaving the company at the end of August. Silvia Rieger has been working for the PSA Group since 2005. With the implementation of the new PPE sales organization in Europe, the “Austrian Switzerland Platform” was created in December 2014. The Parts & Services department has been operating internationally since June 2015. The department includes the areas of customer service, warranty, technology, homologation, business development and parts sales.
