Büchl relies on Loco-Soft

The Büchl car dealership, with locations in Schärding, Mattighofen and Ried, has chosen “Dahoam bei Büchl” as its motto. And not by chance. Optimal customer service with a feel-good factor and a friendly atmosphere are very important to the company, which was founded in 1992. Around 350 new cars (Peugeot, Citroen, Opel) and 300 used cars are sold every year. The Büchl car dealership has a total of 50 employees. “Apprenticeship training has always been essential for us,” explains authorized representative Clemens Büchl in an interview with KFZ Wirtschaft. Seven apprentices are currently being trained. Most of the employees have already completed their apprenticeship in the company, as Clemens Büchl emphasizes.

TRUST IN LOCO-SOFT

When it comes to IT, Büchl has been relying on Loco-Soft for exactly two years. The car dealership professionals are supervised by Gregor Pülzl, sales manager for Loco-Soft Austria. "In German-speaking countries, over 2,700 car dealerships work with the dealer management system Loco-Soft. The changeover worked excellently at the Büchl car dealership," says Pülzl. For the car dealership customer, this means: the same processes that only have to be learned once, one-time data collection, smooth data exchange with the car manufacturers. One software, one hotline, one update – everything from a single source. Loco-Soft also offers its customers informative seminars and webinars. A special advantage is the fact that interfaces to manufacturers and independent providers can be used. For Büchl, at Opel, for example, this means a direct link to the group. Data can be queried directly.
