"At Bridgestone, the safety, health and well-being of every person who comes into contact with our company - not just our employees, but also our customers, partners and the communities in which we operate - is our top priority. We continue to monitor advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as government guidance in the countries where our employees work and travel, to implement work restrictions and travel restrictions as necessary update.
The Bridgestone Austria team – both in the office and in the field – can be reached by our customers as usual by telephone and email. So far there has been no impact on the ability to deliver, although there are sometimes waiting times at border crossings. If there is a potential impact on our customers’ respective businesses, a Bridgestone representative will be available to provide advice and assistance.”
