Bosch plans to increase its shares in ZF Lenksysteme GmbH (ZFLS) to one hundred percent. With more than 13,000 employees in eight countries, ZFLS develops, produces and sells steering systems for cars and commercial vehicles worldwide and is a technology leader in the future field of electric steering. Mit mehr als 13.000 Mitarbeitern in acht Ländern entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt ZFLS weltweit Lenksysteme für Pkw und Nutzfahrzeuge und ist Technologieführer im Zukunftsfeld Elektrolenkung.
