Product overview pages with short descriptions lead the user to the topic they are looking for with just a few mouse clicks. Downloads with technical data and product flyers provide further information. The offer is also supplemented by numerous practical video applications and useful explanations for the workshop. Under the “Spare parts” menu item in the clear main navigation, the user can find the complete range of spare parts, broken down into individual product groups. In addition to new spare parts, Bosch's extensive range of replacement parts is also listed here. Short texts explain the functions and the special advantages of the individual spare parts. As part of the continuous development of the website, it is planned to integrate intelligent search functions. In the future, it will be possible to quickly find available spare parts for a specific vehicle using a free text search or using the vehicle identification, the VIN code.
Workshop equipment
The menu item “Workshop equipment” summarizes the extensive range of workshop equipment from Bosch. Here the user will find all diagnostic testers, testing devices for engines and components as well as workshop software and solutions for efficient troubleshooting and professional maintenance and repairs. The functions and advantages of the different testers and service devices for every workshop need are explained in short texts. Many systems also have videos available that illustrate professional work with the devices.
Services & Support
The third main menu item, “Services and Support,” summarizes all of the offerings that Bosch offers for everyday professional workshop life. Here, for example, the user can find information about the Bosch Car Service workshop concept and the Bosch modules, the local Bosch service training offers and the “extra” bonus program. The relevant topic page can then be accessed via a link, via which, for example, service training courses can be booked directly. In addition, information and news about products, local campaigns, stories from everyday workshop life, promotions and events are available under the “Services and Support” menu item.
