At the beginning of November, Shell announced that Shell would become BMW AG's only, globally recommended supplier of engine oils for the after-sales business of the BMW, BMW i, Mini and BMW Motorrad brands.
BMW recommends Shell engine oils
From 2015, BMW customers will receive premium motor oils manufactured by Shell through the network of 3,500 BMW dealers in more than 140 countries - including Austria. The partnership means that Shell produces branded engine oils for BMW AG and delivers them to BMW dealers via the local Shell organizations, represented in Austria by the trading company Haberkorn. The products meet the most modern BMW engine oil requirements and are based on Shell PurePlus Technology.
