BMW Austria: New Managing Director
As of May 1, 2016, Chris Collet (45) will take over the management of BMW Austria GmbH in Salzburg. He succeeds Kurt Egloff (55), who will take over management of BMW Schweiz AG at the same time. Chris Collet is Dutch and studied Business and Organization at Tilburg University. He has been working for the BMW Group since 1996 – including as project manager for BMW i and head of the Mini division. Since 2013, he has been responsible for sales of BMW, BMW i, BMW Premium Selection and Mini Next at the BMW Group in the Netherlands as Director of Sales.
