In the summer, Birner will present a completely new online catalog called “WebKat Next”. Highlight: The integrated “Fast Calculator”, which automatically calculates a rough order value (including working hours (according to OE information), hourly rate and material price). With just a few clicks, a professional cost estimate can be given or sent to the customer. Also new is the vehicle acceptance app for tablets to make the workflow from acceptance to the repair order faster and paper-free. Birner also shows the stage planner, a kind of digital workshop utilization calendar, where you can see at a glance which stages will be occupied and when.
