Martin Scheuchenpflug (Oberaigner Automobile GmbH Rohrbach) won the Upper Austrian state apprenticeship competition for automotive technicians ahead of Patrick Starzen (Lietz Urfahr GmbH Linz) and Manuel Naderhirn (Kasberger GmbH Peilstein).
Best apprentice in Upper Austria chosen
A total of 38 boys and one girl took up the challenge of the Upper Austrian state apprenticeship competition in 2016. All three podium places went to the Mattighofen vocational school this year. Director Bernhard Leitgeb was rightly proud of the result: “We have now waited four years for the gold medal, and then we will get silver and bronze too!” Michaela Rockenbauer from the main sponsor Castrol presented the beaming winner with an invitation to a football match in the 2016/17 season in the Allianz Arena in Munich.
