The address in Vienna Vösendorf has remained the same, but the premises of the Bern flagship store now welcome customers with a bright, friendly atmosphere and generous space.

Automotive division manager Alfred Rieder, his colleagues from the construction industry and several Bernese consultants and trainers faced the rush of customers on the product and service day in Vösendorf. The overview provided of the direct distributor's product range and services for consumables and tools was impressive. “Otherwise we are on site with our customers every day, today we invited them to come to us,” said Alfred Rieder. Around 6,000 items are exhibited on 500 m² in the Bern flagship store, including DIN and standard parts, chemistry, drilling and diamond technology, workshop equipment as well as electrical and hand tools. In total, the Berner catalog includes around 75,000 items. As part of the general renovation of the branch in Vösendorf, the rooms for product training were also redesigned and expanded.
