Axalta: Production underway, delivery assured
“We were well prepared for the transition of our field service, application technology and administration employees to home offices; we are currently fully operational,” says Peter Kalina, Country Business Manager Axalta Refinish Austria. Axalta has full production and logistics operational. “We can fully accept orders and deliver goods at POD Guntramsdorf and from all service partners in Austria.” Kalina cannot make any serious statements about the duration of the Corona crisis. “But I hope that from the end of April we can slowly get business back to normal.” Until then, the focus is on the well-being and health of all Axalta employees. A small ray of hope: “March business was better than I feared.”
