AutoScout24 recorded an impressive 31 percent increase in inquiries for used cars to car dealers from May to July.

Even though the decision to buy a new car is currently often postponed, interest in cars as a means of transport has increased significantly again. This is shown not only by the number of new registrations of used cars, which increased by nine percent in July compared to the same period last year, but also by the customer inquiries that reached Austrian used car dealers via AutoScout24. In May, June and July these are an average of 31 percent higher than in the same period of the previous year. 

Special offers

AutoScout24 supports used car dealers with specific offers such as SuperDeal, OneClick Light or service labels to attract prospective buyers. "As AutoScout24, we see it as our task to support our dealers as a strong partner. In order to give them a hand during this difficult time, we introduced these three new service offers at short notice and made them available to our dealers free of charge," says André Eckert, new Austrian boss of AutoScout24. 

The Great deal Label highlights vehicle price reductions and includes used and new car offers. Users can filter specifically for special offers.

With OneClickLight Interested parties who have found a suitable vehicle can send all the important information for buying a car directly to the dealer with one click: from reservation to leasing, delivery or trade-in of an old vehicle. Details about the purchase contract, payment and handover are made directly by the dealer and the new car owner.

With Service labels The customer can see at a glance what the dealer offers when buying a car: accessibility, online advice, online contract, reservation, delivery or registration are among the service categories that can be displayed.
