ATEV revises workshop concept

For its 30th anniversary, ATEV has given its workshop concept “The Car Expert” a makeover. “With this workshop concept, ATEV supports the workshop masters with technical information, further training, marketing and service,” said Heiko Baumann, managing director of the auto parts purchasing group. In view of technical developments, information and training are essential requirements for independent workshops in order to remain fit for the future, Baumann continued. The car expert  gives the repair and service companies a uniform appearance on the market.  Repairs can be precisely calculated and, if necessary, financed. A mobility guarantee is also part of the offer, as is a hotline through which quick and reliable information about spare parts and installation can be obtained. 

Zum 30-jähirgen Jubiläum hat ATEV sein Werkstattkonzept „Der Autoexperte“ eine Frischzellenkur verpasst. „Mit  diesem Werkstattkonzept unterstützt ATEV die Werkstattmeister durch technische Informationen, Weiterbildung, Marketing und Service“, sagte Heiko Baumann, geschäftsführender Vorstand der Autoteile-Einkaufsgemeinschaft. Angesichts der technischen Entwicklung sind Information und Schulung zwingende Voraussetzung für unabhängige Werkstätten, um zukunftsfähig zu bleiben, so Baumann weiter. Der Autoexperte  verleiht den Reparatur- und Servicebetrieben ein einheitliches Auftreten am Markt.  Reparaturen können punktgenau kalkuliert und bei Bedarf auch finanziert werden. Eine Mobilitätsgarantie gehört ebenso zum Angebot wie eine Hotline, über die eine schnelle und zuverlässige Information über Ersatzteile und  Einbau eingeholt werden kann.
