Allianz is expanding charging infrastructure
The starting signal for e-mobility was given at Allianz in Austria back in 2014. With the construction of 16 new charging stations with a total of 29 charging points, all employees and customers will now benefit from the “Yes to E!” The electromobility specialist Smatrics is responsible for the production and smooth operation of the charging points at two Allianz locations.
“Company charging stations reduce the operating costs of the fleet, make the location more attractive and increase the length of stay or provide the opportunity to address new customer groups,” explains Hauke Hinrichs, Managing Director of Smatrics. The e-mobility service provider offers turnkey products that are characterized by immediate operational readiness, suitability for everyday use and low use of resources. In order to promote electromobility among employees in addition to its own fleet of electric cars, Allianz decided to provide new charging stations for electric cars. "The stations can be used by both our employees and our customers. Our goal is to make charging as easy and worry-free as possible while protecting the environment," emphasizes Martin Tobisch, responsible for the fleet at Allianz Austria.
