The guidelines summarize the framework conditions according to which repair companies can bill directly to the motor vehicle liability insurance of the person who caused the accident or to the motor vehicle comprehensive insurance of the injured vehicle owner.
In principle, these guidelines are evaluated twice a year and various values are adapted. Due to the current situation in which paint prices were exceptionally significantly increased during the year, the Federal Guild's editorial team has now adapted the related values in this guide. (As of August 2021) Of course, as the guild emphasizes, the calculation providers were also informed of this increase. This should be added by August 1, 2021.
