Porsche Bank is celebrating its 50th anniversary. With over 900,000 financing, insurance and maintenance contracts in its portfolio, Porsche Bank – represented in 15 countries worldwide – is the clear number 1 in the leasing market.

The number of Porsche Bank leasing contracts in Austria grew by 6.6% to 133,471 in 2015 and is well above the average for the overall market (+2.7%). “With a market share of 26.7%, we are still by far number 1 in the domestic leasing market,” says CEO Hannes Maurer. The market share among fleet customers is 36.7%. With almost 50,000 new Porsche Bank leasing contracts, the financing share of the Porsche Holding Group brands in Austria remains constant. More than every third VW Group vehicle is financed by Porsche Bank.
