Škoda Auto donates 100 new Octavias to the fight against the coronavirus.
100 new Octavias against Corona
Škoda Auto expands its support in the fight against the spread of the Corona virus and donates 100 Octavia to social and medical relief services in the Czech Republic. In addition, the automobile manufacturer's technical development department uses 3D printing to produce parts for certified FFP3 respiratory masks and numerous areas produce transparent face shields. Škoda Logistics also supports the company Prusa Research in distributing face shields produced on 3D printers to established doctors and clinics. Trainees and employees from Škoda help an aid organization sew textile respiratory masks. These projects are also supported by the social partner KOVO.
